We have available a challenging and exciting position as customer success engineer in KSAT. As part of a highly competent team, you will integrate customers on standardized services over KSAT's global terrestrial network.
Since our customers are located around the world, you will have to expect some travel and work outside normal working hours.
You will be a part of the Ground Network Customer Success onboarding team and contribute to ensuring effective customer onboarding on standardized services that enable customers to start using our services quickly and easy. You will get to follow a satellite mission from the sales phase through implementation and testing up to the critical launch and early orbit phase. Together with a Customer Success Manager you will work with everything from small start-ups and large agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate customers on KSAT standardized ground station solutions
- Configure, test and verify systems
- Contribute with technical support in onboarding phase
- Implement new technical solutions and services
- Support new missions during Launch and Early Orbit Phase
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, system description and procedures
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, technology or similar fields. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
- Excellent verbal and written ability in English (preferable Norwegian as well)
Desired competence/abilities:
- Good problem solving skills
- Technical aptitude
- Good communication skills.
- Aptitude for understanding customer demands and needs
- Interest for technology, satellites and space. Former work or educational experience is positive.
