We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated colleague to join our team of experts in order processing, customer management and customer health monitoring. You have a customer centric mindset, always seeking to ensure our customer is facing services, systems and processes that are state of the art and get motivated by customer satisfaction and retention.

Earth observation data is time critical. Our team continuously strive to deliver the best possible service to meet our customers expectations, and ensure we continue to deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will play a key role in the EO operation and value chain ensuring that our customers receive their services as agreed and expected according to the specified service level. By measuring what matters for our customers and understanding our customer’s key challenges, you play an essential role in translating the customer’s needs into tangible actions that ensure customer success and service growth. By sharing your knowledge and insights across the EO department, you help the team succeed in its mission, to ensure our customers obtain superior situational awareness.  

To thrive in the role of Customer Success Manager you must be open-minded and adaptable to change. You must be comfortable with both routine tasks and new development as the position handles a broad range of tasks both in operation, quality assurance and customer management.

You will receive training in all relevant aspects of our services, from ordering of images, analysis, quality assurance, portfolio understanding and customer reporting.  

The Customer Success manager position will be situated in Tromsø and work from brand new office facilities at Forskningsparken. Normal working hours applies and flexitime is optional according to company policies. The position is expected to include in the departments on-call duty service.

Qualifications/skills:    

  • Technical knowledge of satellite remote sensing and use of EO data (optical and SAR) – experience with both maritime and land applications is beneficial.   

  • Experience from managing product/service development projects.   

  • Experience from operational industries and customer-facing roles is beneficial.  

  • Excellent command of oral and written English is mandatory.  

  • Experience with process optimization through software development and scripting is advantageous, but not required.

To work as a Customer Success Manager, you will need to be eligible for Security clearance at National level “Hemmelig”.
