Every day, KSATlite's ground network handles thousands of satellite contacts for operators around the world, from ambitious NewSpace start-ups to established space agencies. Behind every one of those customers is a relationship that needs to be built, maintained, and grown. That's where you come in.

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the person our customers trust most. You are their guide through onboarding, their first call when something needs attention, and their advocate inside KSATlite when the product needs to evolve. You won't just manage accounts, you will shape the customer experience that makes KSATlite the partner of choice in the ground segment industry.

The position can be based in Tromsø, Trondheim, or Oslo. Candidates must be eligible to obtain Norwegian security clearance.


What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and manage the full customer journey
  • Own renewals and drive retention across your portfolio
  • Monitor operational performance and act on anomalies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Share customer insights with product and engineering teams
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers across time zones
  • Stay current on KSATlite services and upcoming capabilities

 

What you bring

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or project management, ideally in a technical environment
  • Strong communication skills in English; Norwegian is a plus
  • A genuine interest in technology, space, or satellite communications, previous exposure is an advantage
  • The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • A proactive mindset: you spot issues before customers do and you follow through
  • Comfort working across time zones and with an international customer base
  • A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
