KSAT is a world-leading provider of satellite and ground network services — but it’s the people behind the technology that truly make us unique. This summer, we’re looking for an engaged Summer Intern within Marketing and Internal Communication who wants to help tell our stories and strengthen our internal culture. 

About the role 

As a summer intern with us, you’ll take part in varied and meaningful tasks, including: 

• Contributing to the update and development of communication materials  

• Assisting in producing and publishing content for internal channels and social media  

• Writing short articles, interviews, and news stories for internal or recruitment use  

• Supporting internal campaigns and recruitment activities  

• Taking part in planning and executing small projects related to branding and internal culture  

You’ll work closely with a small, dynamic team that loves sharing ideas, testing new solutions, and having fun while getting things done. 

Who are we looking for? 

We imagine that you are a student within communication, marketing, media, organizational psychology, or a similar field, and that you: 

• Have strong written communication skills and a good sense of language  

• Enjoy working with both text and visuals  

• Like finding creative ways to engage employees and candidates  

• Are curious, structured, and proactive  

• Ideally have some experience with simple design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Express) or publishing on intranet/websites  

You don’t need years of experience — what matters most is that you’re eager to learn, motivated, and ready to contribute.

Practical information 

• The period of the internship is from June to August of 2026, and is located in Tromsø. 

• Core working hours are between 9 and 15
