About the role

KSATlite operates a global network of ground stations that keeps satellites connected around the clock. Behind that reliability is a supply chain of business-critical hardware and software, and we need someone who takes that seriously. As our Operations & Procurement Specialist, you will own the end-to-end flow: from supplier relationships and purchase orders through logistics, deployment, and rigorous ERP management.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where timing and precision matter. You will work directly with engineering and product teams to ensure the right equipment arrives at the right place at the right time, and that every transaction is properly tracked, invoiced, and reconciled in our ERP system.

The position can be based in Tromsø or Oslo.

What you bring

• Experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally in a tech or industrial environment
• High degree of structure and rigour: you keep records clean, processes tight, and nothing falls through the cracks
• Hands-on experience with an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes without losing track of deadlines or dependencies
• Strong supplier communication skills, you build relationships that work under pressure
• Understanding of what business-critical means: you know when timing is non-negotiable and plan accordingly
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams, translating hardware and software needs into procurement actions

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery and payment
• Maintaining and renewing contracts and supplier agreements
• Build relationships with key hardware and software suppliers
• Coordinate logistics and deployment of equipment across KSATlite locations and ground stations
• Own the ERP module for procurement and logistics, ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and clean audit trails
• Handle invoicing, PO matching, and reconciliation with finance
• Work with engineering and operations teams to anticipate needs and plan procurement timelines
• Work with legal to ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations
• Identify risks in the supply chain early and drive mitigation actions proactively
• Contribute to improving and standardising procurement and logistics processes as the company scales

Nice to have

• Experience in the space, satellite, or defence industry
• Familiarity with export control regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with international supplier networks and cross-border logistics
