KSAT is Looking for a Temporary Position in the Operations Department at Their Operations Center

KSAT is one of the world's largest providers of satellite-based services. An operations engineer at our company works in a team responsible for the operations center. At TNOC, you work with KSAT's global ground network of antennas and are the first line of contact for our customers. Important tasks include customer follow-up, system status follow-up and notification, monitoring, controlling, and, if necessary, troubleshooting key systems from data reception to processing, data downloading, and data transmission to customers.

The operations team consists of a group of very skilled and friendly colleagues who work in a 3-shift rotation—day, evening, and night—to provide services 24/7. We have an available operations engineer position where you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, test and learn new systems and tools, and most importantly, work in a strong professional environment that focuses on having fun together at work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An engineering degree or equivalent relevant technical background
• Good technical understanding and the ability to think creatively and independently
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to keep calm and focused in critical situations
• Flexible, cooperative, and service minded to customers and colleagues
• Continuously demonstrates willingness to gain new skills
• Like to share knowledge with the operations team
