KSAT operates the world's largest ground network and plays a crucial role in the space economy. As a developer in our Asset & Scheduling team, you will play a key role in developing orchestration software and systems to support our network.

Your key responsibilities as a Software Developer at KSAT will include:

You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality "API-first" applications and services, while also building delightful user experiences for both machine and human users. Collaborating with the team and stakeholders, you'll actively participate in architecture and design decisions, ensuring the team makes thoughtful technology and design choices. Additionally, you’ll work continuously to enhance your own processes, as well as those of the team, fostering an environment of ongoing improvement.

To thrive as a Software Developer at KSAT, we believe you have:

You should hold at least a bachelor's degree in technology and have practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Strong problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Rust, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript. Additionally, experience working with databases and distributed systems, or building modern web applications using Vue and/or React, will be highly valuable in this role.

Certifications in cloud platforms and/or experience with NIST security standards would be advantageous.
